How It Works
- 1. Walkthrough We survey both locations, measure access and count what moves.
- 2. Written Bid Crew size, equipment, timeline and price in writing, usually within 48 hours.
- 3. Plan & Paperwork Labeling, elevator and dock reservations, COIs and the IT cutover window.
- 4. Move & Punch List After-hours execution, then a morning walkthrough to close out.

Do you offer storage during a renovation?
Not currently. We do not offer storage. We move furniture directly to your swing space or another location you arrange, then phase it back as areas are completed.
Do you work directly with our contractor?
Yes. We coordinate directly with your GC and furniture dealer so dates and access are agreed in one place.
How do you protect new finishes?
Floor protection, wall and corner guards and elevator pads are standard on every post-construction move.
What if the completion date slips?
We re-slot the crew to match the new date. Tell us as soon as the schedule moves and we will adjust the plan.
